Tammy registration?

There's a post over on the Tammyawards comm (http://community.livejournal.com/the_tammyawards/190172.html) about the upcoming Summer Tammys. Is everyone I play with who wants to participate registered? I'm going to be sad if I want to nominate someone for something and they're not eligible...
